Our first ELPAC meeting of this school year is coming! We invite all parents of an English learner or former English learner student to join us at our first ELPAC meeting of this school year on Tuesday, October 20 from 6:30-7:30 PM at the Bellingham Public Library.  We will be sharing updates about our English learner program and students and planning our work for the remainder of the school year.  We will also provide resources and information about parent teacher conferences which will take place in November and December.

• Translation and interpretation are available.
• Childcare provided.
• New multilingual storytime provided!
• Light refreshments provided.
